Soie Boudoir
Privacy policy
Version 2026-10-21 · 21 October 2026 · Translated from the Spanish original
This page covers soieboudoir.com, the website of my in-person sessions. If you also use the Soie Photo app, it has its own policy, which is longer because your photos are processed there.
1. Who processes your data
Karen Andrea Joya Pérez (BlackFrameStudio®), Barcelona, 08028. Write to me at hello@bframestudio.com about anything on this page.
2. What data I collect, and only that
The data in the booking form: your name, your email, your WhatsApp, the session you are interested in, the day and time that would suit you (or where and when, if it is another city) and whatever you want to tell me in the free message. The message is optional.
There is no other form on this website and nothing else is collected.
3. What I use it for
For one thing only: to reply to you and organise the session with you. I contact you by email, by phone or by WhatsApp to agree on the date and details.
I do not add you to any mailing list, I do not send you advertising and I do not share your data with anyone so they can sell you anything.
4. Why I am allowed to do it
Because you ask me to. When you fill in the form you are asking me for information about a service, and the law allows me to process your data to reply to you and to prepare the contract if there finally is one.
If you end up booking the session, that same data is then used to carry it out and to meet my tax obligations.
5. How long I keep it
- If we do not end up doing the session: I keep your request for one year and then delete it. That year is in case you write again and so I do not ask you for the same thing twice.
- If we do the session: the billing data is kept for the time required by tax law, which today is six years.
If you want me to delete it earlier, write to me and I will delete it.
6. Who else sees your data
Only the technical providers I need for this to work: this website is hosted by Cloudflare, which serves it from its network of servers (a company based in the United States, certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework), and your request reaches me by email at hello@bframestudio.com.
No one else. There are no agencies and no marketing tools. If you accept the advertising cookies, Google receives the data explained in the cookie policy; if you do not accept them, it receives nothing.
7. Cookies
This website only uses Google advertising cookies if you accept them in the cookie notice. If you reject them, they are not loaded. I explain everything in the cookie policy, and you can change your choice whenever you want from «Cookie settings», at the bottom of every page.
The only thing that always happens is what is normal on any website: my server provider records the connection, including your IP address, for security.
8. Your rights
You can ask me at any time to show you what data I have about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. An email to hello@bframestudio.com is enough and I will reply within one month.
If you think I am not doing it right, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. If I change this policy
Each version carries its date at the top. If I change something important, you will see it here.
