12. The in-person Session (from €300)

The in-person Session is different from the rest: it is a real photo session, with me and my camera, on a specific date. That is why it has its own conditions.

What it includes: the session, the editing you choose and, only in the Full Experience, a Single Session as a gift, with your face trained by me.

How it is paid: 50% before the session, to reserve the date, and the other 50% on the day of the session.

If you need to cancel or change the date: let me know up to 5 days before and I will refund the full deposit, or move it to another date, whichever you prefer.

If you let me know less than 5 days before or do not come, the deposit is not refunded: that date was reserved exclusively for you and can no longer be given to anyone else.

If I am the one who cannot make it: I will refund everything you have paid and also give you a Single Session, with your face trained by me.

Who owns the photos: you do. Both the real photographs I take with my camera and the images Soie generates. Both are yours and you can use them for whatever you want.

I do not publish or show them without your written permission for that specific photo.
